Spring is almost here! It is an exciting time of growth and renewal for our community. We see this growth reflected in nature, in our homes, and in our families. You will see it reflected in Around Town Alpharetta/Milton/Windward as we celebrate life throughout this issue.

Beginning on page 21 you can find opportunities and ideas to renovate, decorate, and landscape, along with the businesses to provide the assistance and products you need. This Special Home and Garden Section includes several drought-friendly tips to maintain life in your yard while complying with Level 4 drought-regulated water standards.

 

As we focus on homes, what better cover story than Backe Built, Inc. Backe Built is a high quality, experienced residential contractor with more than 25 years in the industry. Remember Scouting Month with us on pages 28 and 29. Scouting provided a great opportunity for a country boy like me to learn skills and see the world. Now it helps provide an opportunity for youth growing up in suburban communities to learn skills and receive positive messages that might not be available without the Scouts. If you are an adult that helps make this possible, thank you!

If you are looking for a church to participate with and enjoy Easter Services, we have done our best to find choices from which you may chose. On pages 52 and 54 you will find a listing of Easter Services and Easter activities. Maybe you will also find a new start on a new life with a new community.
